Getting Started

What is MyClub?

MyClub is a dedicated companion app for Premier League supporters. Pick one team and get everything you need: fixtures, squad, stats, injuries, form, and live updates.

No clutter from other clubs. Just your team, with all the data presented clearly.

How do I choose my club?

When you first open MyClub, you'll be asked to select your Premier League team. Browse the list or search for your club, then tap to select it.

You can change your selected club at any time in Settings, but note that you can only follow one team at a time.

Why is it Premier League only?

We're starting with the Premier League to deliver the best possible experience for those supporters. Deep data, accurate stats, and reliable updates require focus.

We may expand to other leagues in the future based on demand.

Do I need to create an account?

No account required. MyClub uses anonymous authentication, so you can start using the app immediately. Your preferences stay on your device.

MyClub Pro

How much does MyClub Pro cost?

MyClub Pro costs £0.49 per week. That's about the price of a Freddo.

New users get a 3-day free trial to try all Pro features before subscribing.

What do I get with MyClub Pro?

MyClub Pro unlocks the full experience:

  • Deep player statistics with league-wide percentile rankings
  • Advanced team stats including strengths and weaknesses analysis
  • Detailed availability tracking for injuries and suspensions
  • Form analysis with historical comparisons
  • No promotional banners for a cleaner experience
Is there a free trial?

Yes! All new users get a 3-day free trial of MyClub Pro. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged.

The trial starts when you subscribe, not when you install the app.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your MyClub Pro subscription directly through your device:

  • iOS: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > MyClub
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > MyClub

From there you can cancel, or update payment methods.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not directly by us. To cancel:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > MyClub > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > MyClub > Cancel

You'll keep MyClub Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

I have a billing issue or need a refund

Since subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google, you'll need to contact them directly for billing issues or refund requests:

  • Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google: Google Play Refund Support
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID or Google account. Simply:

  1. Install MyClub on your new device
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account
  3. Open MyClub and go to Settings
  4. Tap "Restore Purchases"

Your MyClub Pro access should be restored automatically.

Privacy & Data

What data does MyClub collect?

MyClub is privacy-first. We collect minimal data:

  • Device ID: Anonymous identifier for your device
  • Club selection: Which team you're following
  • Analytics: Anonymised usage patterns via PostHog

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, or contacts.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete your data from within the app: go to Settings > Delete Account.

Alternatively, email us at getintouch@withqwerty.com with your request. We'll delete your data within a reasonable time.

Troubleshooting

I'm not receiving notifications

Check the following:

  1. Notifications enabled: Go to your device Settings > MyClub > Notifications and make sure they're on
  2. Do Not Disturb: Ensure your device isn't in Do Not Disturb mode
  3. Low Power Mode: Notifications may be delayed in Low Power Mode

If notifications still aren't working, try reinstalling the app.

The app won't load or crashes

Try these steps:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  4. Restart your device
  5. Reinstall the app (your subscription will restore automatically)

Data seems out of date

MyClub updates data regularly from official sources. If something seems wrong:

  1. Pull down to refresh the screen
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Wait a few minutes - some data updates after matches end
